At JELKS Carnival, we’re more than just a rental company. We provide full-service event planning, setup, staffing, and guidance to create unforgettable experiences for schools, families, and communities. With extensive experience working with schools, churches, and community organizations across BC, we bring all our tools, resources, and expertise to help you host an event that students, families, and staff will remember for years.

We also have experience providing events for the movie industry, concerts, and countless family-focused events, bringing the same excitement, professionalism, and fun to every occasion.

From interactive games and inflatables to seasonal fairs, fundraisers, sports days, and more, we handle everything from setup to tear down, so you can focus on enjoying the day. With over 200 events each year, we proudly serve communities throughout the Lower Mainland, across BC, and on Vancouver Island, delivering joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories every time.

Need extra fun? We can connect you with equipment like 🍭 cotton candy machines, 🍿 popcorn makers, 🌭 BBQs, ⛺ tents, or 🚚 food trucks from trusted vendors—just mention my name!

We’ve partnered with reputable and up-and-coming food truck companies that donate a percentage of their sales back to your school. I can provide names and contacts to help you boost your fundraising efforts while keeping your guests happy!

We’re thrilled to launch Package C, exclusive for 2026 bookings, alongside extended promotional pricing on all our packages.

👷‍♂️ Staffing Options:
All events are fully staffed with 1–2 team members on site from start to finish, keeping everything running safely and smoothly. You can also have your own volunteers run the games. If you’d like our team to manage the inflatables, we can discuss customized staffing options and fees to suit your event perfectly.

All our inflatables are inclusive and adaptive ♿, designed so every child—including those with special challenges or disabilities—can join in the fun.

All rentals include $5M liability insurance 🛡️ at no extra charge. As your event approaches, we’ll collect the necessary information to update the insurance so it fully covers your event at no additional cost.
